Finalmente, cocer, difundir y aplicar todas las rmativas y procedimientos que afecten al mantenimiento, a la seguridad para la realizacion del mismo, al personal que lo realiza sean de nivel contractual, de convenio, leyes laborales, rmativas nacionales e internacionales, etc., fundamentalmente de seguridad laboral y sobretodo las rmas de convivencia y respeto entre el personal afectado al mantenimiento, para un mayor y mejor desempe en las funciones a desarrollar.
